Welcome to George Birch LLC’s vehicle rental service. We understand that sometimes you may need to change or cancel your rental, so we have developed the following refund and return policy to help you better understand the process.

  1. Order Cancellation
    Free Cancellation: You can cancel your order free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of your rental. Upon cancellation, your full rental fee will be refunded to your payment account.
    Cancellation with Fee: If you cancel your order within 48 hours of the start of your rental, we will charge 30% of the total order amount as a cancellation fee, and the remaining rental fee will be refunded.
  2. Order Modification
    If you wish to modify your rental order (such as changing the rental time or vehicle), please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that every modification will be successful.
  3. Refund Process
    Once your cancellation request is confirmed, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the funds will be returned to your original payment account. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the funds.
  4. Vehicle Return
    All rental vehicles must be returned at the agreed time and location. Failure to return the vehicle on time may result in additional charges; please refer to our rental agreement for specific fees.
  5. Vehicle Damage and Additional Charges
    You will be responsible for any damage, loss, or other unusual circumstances to the vehicle during the rental period. In addition, a daily late fee will be charged if the vehicle is not returned within the agreed timeframe.
